well made, sturdy . states comes with "4" opening. Most "adapter" that say 4" will not fit over this. ( I purchased a "4" elbow" ) seems I need another adapter for the adapter! Likely will rely on duct tape for this one...... but the shopvac tube does not fit into or around the "4" elbow" or the "4" to 2 1/4" adapter" I bought either. need a sleeve there also.

Great for under my table saw. It has a good sized flange on only one side making it a little tricky to screw to the bottom of my stand. a flange on both sides would be great, I also wig=sh it came in a 2.5 inch model, but there is an adapter to take this from 4 inch to 2.5 inch.

I use it constantly with my lathe and it gets some of the chips, but most settle into a waste basket in front of the lathe. This shines when sanding on the lathe -- gets all the fine dust.

This works really well on the back of my radial arm saw. I also connected a 2" hose to the dust port on the blade guard, with a "Y" connection to the 4" hose leading to the dust collector. It is so nice to be able to now use the saw without dust everywhere. I did have to add a small piece of plywood to the underside of the radial arm saw to fill a gap between the table and the Big Gulp, but no big deal. Overall I'm very glad I got this.
