Poor Decision on my part!
Robert K. RobinsonAugust 18, 2017
The one wheel wants to collapse. I have lowered my RIKON bandsaw to sit flush on the concrete floor. I have cushioned rubber floor mats in my shop to eliminate my fatigue. The wheels on this device are NOT large enough to role on this. Furthermore the bandsaw was NOT stable on the wheel/cushion setup. I had to eliminate the cushion under the Bandsaw and lower it down to sit on the concrete floor. If I ever have to move it I will have to take up the cushions first. I'm not at all sure the one wheel will NOT collape. This Base was supposed to support a heavier object than this, but I think it was a real mistake for me. I should have spent more $ bought a heavier duty base. Of course I didn't have the saw & had to take their word for it at the time. This Base is absolutely no match for my RIKON 14 " Bandsaw. My Bosch contractor Table saw, Homemade Router table cabinet, & Dewalt Base stand for my Makita planer, all seem to be fine on the wheels under them. Note that the floor mats work really well for ME!
Feeling good

I had high hopes for this base and honestly for me to be able to give it any stars is being kind.
Lets say the parts seem to be beefy and well made.
The base unfortunately was not able to be assembled because it was missing ALL of the hardware and the adjustable rubber feet.
Hopefully I can get some replacement parts or a new base. I hate having to send stuff like this back. I will give it a day or two to see what happens.Adjustable Mobile Base for Power Tools HTC-2000 - Give Your Workshop Breathing Room by Making Your Larger Tools Mobile (up to 500 lbs.!)

UPDATE:
I contacted HTC directly and let them know the base was missing hardware and they expresss shipped a bag of hardware out to me every thing fits good I just need to do a little fine tuning to get my jointer to sit flat buyt all in all I think this base will work out well. HTC customer service was great.
Great adjustable base for Shop Tools
Don KraemerApril 2, 2017
Great base! I put mine under my band saw. Now I can open up some space because I can put my tool away. I purchased a 2nd one for my disc/belt sander.
The moobile base is easily adjustable, sturdy and made of good materials. There is a good finish on the unit and all the hardware is supplied to adjust for most shape bases. The flip up wheels work well and the saw is rock solid when while in use.
Penny-wise and pound-foolish

Big mistake -- I saved $20 from the cost of a Jet 708118, an item I bought last year for my table saw. After spending 2 1/2 hrs assembling the HTC base, a process that was not helped by the minuscule schematic provided and the bazllion nuts & bolts required, I am thoroughly dissatisfied. If you value your time and favor quality and stability, splurge and buy a Jet or comparable base that offers easy 10 minute snap-together assembly and great stability. The HTC product is simply not worth the effort.
A Great Mobile Base For The Money.
C. HullJanuary 2, 2017
A very good mobile base for the money. Easy to put together. The instructions are a bit lacking, but the exploded diagram shows all you need to know to put it together. Assembly took about 30 minutes. I put a router table on it that weighed about 100 pounds. I found there was some flex in the base if not setup on a flat even floor. I wanted to put a shelve under the router table so added 2"x3" wood rails all the way around, and screwed them to the base side rails. I then put a piece of 1/2" plywood on top of the wood rails and screwed it down. No more flex. All and all, even with the flex a very good mobile base.
