This is a fine little staple gun. It's the right size for my hand (women's medium-to-large. Some staple guns are really too too big to operate. The JT21 has been my staple gin of choice since the mid-1970's.

Light duty staple gun worked well when I replaced the material under my dining room chairs. During the stapling process it did jam twice. I was able to extract the jammed staples with needle nose pliers.

Solid staple gun but the packaging was hard to open that when I pulled the plastic apart it caught on the rear staple spring latch and completely bent it. Had to bend it back with pliers. Careful opening this thing.

I bought this for a traveling tool kit. I have another older model which as a nice catch to lock down the handle to make it more compact for storage. This item lacks that feature. Otherwise it seems to work great.

Staple gun has lots of good features, but the handle at the top cannot be locked toward the body of the unit in order to make it smaller. I use a staple gun for trips to the shooting range, where I use the stapler to attach paper targets to a wooden frame. After doing that, with my old stapler (Stanley TR45) I'd lock down the handle with the integral "catch" and place the compact stapler into a pocket in my gun case. I tried this one because I liked the ability to check on the staple supple, a capability the Stanley unit does not have.
