The machine works like a dream
christine luschas•November 8, 2017
I won this machine at a raffle for 5.00! I could not believe how lucky I was!
The machine works like a dream! I have to spray the machine one time. After that, I only have to put my timer each time. The cookies turn out perfect!
Fantastic machine!

Great product!! Best Pizzelle Maker I have had in over 50 years!!

I love it!! The only Pizzelle Maker that have found that makes thin pizzelles. And I have been making pizzelles for over 50 years! It is a lot faster than any maker I have had in the past.
any baked item that is less than perfect we cheer for because that means it's fair game ...

Although I did not purchase via Amazon, I turn to Amazon for updates and hints. Never disappoints. We've had the 2060 model (two pizzelle) for many years (before Amazon). I've yet to be able to make a complete cookie fully centered. Since the maker is hinged, I put the batter slightly toward the back so it can fill more of the pattern. In our home, any baked item that is less than perfect we cheer for because that means it's fair game for the munchkins to enjoy. "Error" is a fun cry from the kiddos. Can't do that here...not because the baker is at fault, but rather my placement and batter volume. Almost every pizzelle is an error, so we close kitchen down when we make them. We will break off the overages along the edges and the resulting 'chips' make great ice cream 'sprinkles.' For the batter, we've learned that beating the eggs and sugar longer until it's very thick before adding the flour, etc., makes a stiff batter and is easier to control. We load it into a cookie press with a large-ish opening and pipe the mix onto the griddle. We've tried less beating of the eggs and sugar and it becomes closer to a thick pancake batter. All of that said (well, typed), we're happy with the baker...just wish we could figure out where to put the batter. Also, YES, it's closer to a minute to bake, not the 30-45 seconds. Cheers everyone. Merry Christmas.
Best Pizzelles EVER!!!

I tried the other cheaper brands and none of them are worth it. This Pizzelles maker costs more and it makes authentic Pizzelles without the hassle of sticking or having to brush on crisp in between each one. Just use Pam spray once before cooking your batch and they are delicious with NO sticking. So worth the moneyâ¤ï¸
