I have requested a return on this item. It does not have the advertised potency. I have been taking 3-strength joint soothers for 10 years now. When I discovered the Brookshire Brothers chain in Texas was no longer sourcing from Quality Choice I was forced to go out and shop for an alternative and figured I would try a "name brand". I have a condition where my joints feel achy (mostly in spine) unless I am taking high potency glucosamine/chondroiton/msm. I ride a zero turn Bad Boy with no suspension and it is like a jackhammer on your back on bumpy terrain. This product (or at least the specific bottle I received) failed to alleviate my symptoms. Achiness returned and constantly needing to stretch/adjust/pop. I even lose sleep at night and it is not pleasent waking up every morning to the same symptoms. What made up my mind to request a return was another brand I just purchased to try out - TopCare 3-strength glucosamine & chondroitin with MSM 2/day formula, 120 count for $14. I took 1 pill last night before bed and woke up the next morning feeling great. Not being able to "feel" your joints when you wake up is a beautiful thing. The results of TopCare rival Quality Choice so I will be staying with TopCare now. Apparently, "name brand" isn't always better.

This stuff is awesome. I walk on concrete 8 plus hours a day. I started having issues especially with my knees. Since I have been using this I do not have the pain near as often and in most cases in a day I will have no pain. And I am only taking 1 per day while they recommend 2. This is not a gigantic savings over what I can get it for in the local store however it is about $2 cheaper. And when you are taking something like this all the time $2 will add up quickly.

I have been taking this supplement for years. It works. If I forget to take it for a few days the arthritis in my hip and knees will become painful.
I have recommended Osteo Bi-Flex to many of my friends who have had good results.

I was looking for yet anothe chondotin clucosmine supplement. I had been using puritan pride brand. The formulas on the label are nearly identical except for some of the propiety parts. I have waited to write a review until I have used a whole bottle, to eliminate any placebo effect. My knee feels much better hard to put into %, but the do all and end all is that I used to take lortab's to get thru the day. I haven't taken one in 2 weeks now! I take the 2 required pills at the same time in the am along with the rest of my meds, HBP, hi colesterol. When I had the synovisc injection about a yr ago the x rays of my knee showed not quite bone on bone but close. No I do use a couple of other products as needed. Pernatrex cream once maybe 2x a day or none at all. Pernatrex is not a "heat" cream. But befor I found the Bi flex I did feel the the Penetrex did help over time. I'm active so I can over extend myself chores, bycyceling etc. I favor time a a recumbant exercycle over walking so far. So in cases where I have done more and ger some breakthrough pain I use 2 different types of compression knee sleeves Copper fit (I don't care about the copper) $9.99 ea at bed bath and beyond 20% coupons are easily found so 7.99 since they look sort of like a nylon mostly worn with long pants (yea vanity) but for a higher ding I wear the sort of athletic ones the black ones elastic with 2 metal or fiber strips on each side. The I can tell prople yea football or sking accident when I was a kid.Again about $10 at CVS I think. All of this combination works for me, but the Bi-flex is the major player.

I used to buy this for my mother from Sam's Club or Walmart because she has joint problems, and she said it worked better than any other similar products. This one time I bought this bottle from Amazon, and after a few days, my mother said that her joints started to hurt again. Keep in mind that I did not tell my mom where I got these from, so she wouldn't know that the source has changed. I went back to Sam's Club and purchased another one for her, and she said she felt better with the new bottle.
