I've bought similar products for years from Walgreens, Costco, etc and while those helped with the day to day pain, my knees didn't seem to be getting any better. I still would have pain after running, heavy lifting and anything where I was squatting a lot (raking & picking up leaves). I've been taking Priority for a few months and can absolutely feel a difference. Rarely do I feel the sharp pains after heavy activity anymore (just raked leaves a couple weeks ago without pain).

I'm not inclined to give a bad review since it may work for others but for me I didn't see any difference as noted on the marketing. You can find better options for less (take liquid fish oil, glucosamine, etc...

I noticed a huge difference in my knees after the first week. I am no longer reluctant on leg days because my knees feel so much better. I take one pill in the morning and one in the evening.

Taking supplements as you get older is very important, and even taking some before you " need" them as a preventative measure. I wish I had taken these years ago before I damaged some of my joints. Now working out and stretching definitely feels different, and not in a good way. Taking glucosamine and chondroitin with MSM on a regular basis has really helped. The MSM also helps with any other inflammation going on in your body, including allergies - for me anyway. These pills can be a lifesaver and keep you healthy and moving for a long time.
