I bought this set to replace one bought over a decade ago that the pocket clip came loose on. The base on the new pen did not fit well with the pocket clip side so the pocket clip end would just pop off. Luckily I was able to switch the new top to the old base. Now both the pen and pencil work as expected.

I bought two of these pens. Both of them don't work well. One of the pens dried out and the other pen spilled its ink all over my desk. This was an expensive purchase, but I couldn't customize the pen with engravings.

I have had the pencil version for almost 20 years and got this one to match. I really like the pen however i feel it's too thin that it's not very ergonomic. Overall I really like it but maybe not for a lot of writing.

Excellent weight, length, material, and value. The ballpoint writes well and the pencil does as well. I was surprised to find that the pencil lead extension action has changed from the old Cross pencil I had years ago. I'm still unsure about which action I prefer, but the new one definitely isn't bad. Overall, a great buy.
