This was the same balance pad that I used in Physical Therapy clinic after knee replacement surgery. High quality, feels durable and it provides a stable, supportive foam cushion.
Useful for home physical therapy exercises

Purchased this because it is used by my Physical Therapy team at their office. I have been using it to help me recover from spinal fusion surgery. It looks as pictured and functions as described. Plus, it's kinda fun to use.
Excellent balance pad

I had used this balancing pad in physical therapy, and decided to purchase one for use in my home exercise program after completing PT. It was a fine choice! -- large enough to use two-footed (I can even use it diagonally for a tandem stand, one foot directly in front of the other), and compact enough to store easily. I've also used it as a kneeling pad when cleaning the floor. I got my money's worth!
Good. Same as my PT uses.

This is the same balance pad my Physical Therapist uses. Softer and squishier than some of the firmer pads so its more challenging - harder to keep your balance so theoretically better to improve stability issues. I tried one of the other cheaper ($30-ish) pads available on Amazon, but they were a firmer foam, so to simply keep it "pro", I returned it and went this one.
