The shark blade style

I really like using the shark blade and have been using them for over 20 years. I clean a lot of panfish and walleye and it works good for them but the longer blade would work better for larger fish. I wish it had a deeper serrated blade but they are hard to find anymore. The blades last a long time and I have been able to get more life out of them with a knife sharpening tool using the finest polishing belt.

Love my American Angler electric fileting knife. Bought it in 2015. Cleaned thousands of fish with it over the intervening years, 5 of which included many months in the Mississippi Delta in Louisiana. Finally decided my favorite blade for panfish was dull, so I replaced it.

These fit in my Rapala, heavy duty, electric fillet knife. They pull out a little harder than the Rapala but these are perfect for a filleting perch and Crappies, much nicer as they're more flexible than the Rapala blades. I just have to make sure my hands are clean and dry before removing the blades made that mistake and my hand slipped and I cut my finger other than that very nice blades.
