The box was pretty banged up when it got here. It was huge and heavy and I'm sure the delivery driver did not like having to move it around. But it got here on time and was easy to set up. Works just as I needed it to.

Havent run the pump yet and found a problem. While making the electrical connection, I thought Id pull the motor cover for more room to put a nut on the back side of the water tight conduit. Found out the screws that hold the housing on have nuts on the other end so I couldnt get them off or tightened back up without taking off the impeller assembly. Upon taking off the front bell housing, the small o-ring that fits between impreller blade assembly and bell housing fell off. It was in two pieces as if the ring has slipped the gap and was pinched off during assembly. Recommended to check this before use as it could cause damage with little use. Avoid the hassle of tearing your project apart later. Just a heads up. Ive got an email in to the mfr for feedback and replacement.

Pump is awesome. I replaced my old one which lasted 20 years. When I first turned this on I was amazed at how quiet it was. Keep in mind my my old one was very loud so I didn't know better. I hard plumbed it and did all now electrical wiring inside and then went outside and connected everything to existing. To prime it I back fed water into it thru a hose bib that was on the "out" pipes.
