We had a plastic silverware basket that hooked onto the drying rack. It was hard to clean and eventually cracked. This works much better. Holds a lot of silverware and utensils. Sometimes the silverware gets caught it the holes, but it's not a big deal. Really useful and well-made.

Bought this because my old plastic utensil holder was disgusting. The plastic one had a lot of grime in the inside, and wasn't that great on the outside. Sure, I could remove it and clean it, but it was fading and the inside would get mildewed. Too much effort for a cheap white, piece of plastic.
