Don't sound great
Anna•November 3, 2017
I wish I had noticed that these are plastic before purchasing. They're very sturdy, but not really instruments. I don't recommend for a music classroom.
Three Stars

Only 23 sticks in the package.
Poor sound quality
Sarah Thorpe•December 15, 2015
I should have read the information closer, but I didn't realize these sticks were not wooden. They remind me of PVC pipes. They are a little wider and shorter than your typical rhythm stick, and they are hollow in the middle. I do not care for the sound they make when struck together. The colors are great and I like the size, and they can withstand damage better than wooden sticks, but the sound was a big let down for me.
... are basically cut up sections of PVC pipes in fun colors. Nevertheless

These are basically cut up sections of PVC pipes in fun colors. Nevertheless, they are fun for kids and both my 1 year old and 3 year old love hitting the sticks while we sing songs.
Good for the price

The price was right for my classroom, and it seems like they should be a little easier on the ears than a room full of wooden rhythm sticks. Colors are very rich and I think the kids will love using them. We'll see how well they hold up. Wish there was an option to just buy one or two pairs as spares just in case...I don't really have it in the budget to spend another $20 on a full set. Took off a star because some of them are not totally round, which changes the tone.
