You can't go wrong with this grill. Cooks evenly and very fast. Really does not stick. Easy to clean. I grill veggies (string beans, asparagus, eggplant, squash, zucchini), fish, burgers, chicken, steaks, shrimp...etc. It is perfection. I use it a few times a week and I love it.

Scanpan's double burner grill griddle far exceeded my expectations and is now my favorite way to cook meat and fish. It's quick, easy, and siphons off excess fat. Plus the teflon-free non-stick properties make it easy to clean. I put it in the dishwasher.

This thing is amazing, no oil/spray needed...true non-stick...as in your food won't stick...under any circumstance. Follow the instructions to enjoy a flawless cooking experience. I no longer season chicken, salmon, pork chops, or steaks. This thing produces amazing char line flavor without tasting burned. This thing will perfectly produce juicy flavorful char line output on only medium heat...I use only medium for thick cuts of steak and pork chops. Unless you have a really good vacuum on your stove, watch out for the lamb chops. It'll be cooked t perfection but things will be a little smoky...lol! Lastly on my thick cuts I had to chop the bone open because of the perfect output...not a single sign of red/pink...this thing is amazing!!!

Super tough surface, cleans really easily (we hand wash it), lightweight. Most importantly, it grills beautifully. Salmon, zucchini, steak, burgers, all delicious and perfectly grilled. It makes the best Paninis we have ever made. My husband and I both love this griddle. If I had one wish, it would be that it was a little wider. But practically speaking, I'm not sure we'd be using the extra space anyway for what we are grilling. So perhaps it's my expectation of what makes a good size griddle that needs adjusting. I can't recommend it more highly. We also have the Scanpan pro frypans and they are equally fantastic.
