Perfect kabobs! Exceeded expectations! Used marinated ribeye cut in 1 inch cubes with accompanying sweet peppers and onion slices. Skewers pierced items with ease, no wobbly entry/exit. Just slide food off when done and either hand wash or throw in dishwasher. Heatproof kitchen gloves make all the difference when taking out of Airfryer.

I bought the Instant Vortex Official Nonstick Grill Pan to go with my new Instant Vortex Plus 6-Quart Air Fryer Oven. I removed the top and lined it with a small piece of parchment.
I have cooked turkey burgers and chicken burgers. Browned some baked potato slices. It will fit small burgers.
I also bought heat resistant gloves. It's easy to get a burn in the hot air fryer.
To clean, so far, I just rinse the top under the tap in the sink and throw away the dirty parchment.
