Was a little skeptical about ordering this vs my favorite Global brand but thought I'd give it a try for the price point. The textured handle made it easy to hold into while changing angles or getting into tighter areas. The blade was sharp to the very tip! It is flexible enough to easily adjust your angle while trimming fat, cartilage, etc. Really happy with this purchase.

I really like this boning knife. I first heard about it from the Bearded Butchers on YT. They rave about it so I decided to grab one myself. Its a really well built knife that does make the job of butchering your harvest easy. Pretty much the only knife needed to break down an entire deer. Edge hold very nicely not needing sharpening at all during my entire butchering. I did hone the edges after and it cuts so smoothly like it was new. Great knife for the kitchen and your outdoorsmen.

This Victorinox Swiss 6" black plastic handle boning knife is very sharp, cut the paper in one stroke and clean cut. It is heavy duty and very shiny smooth texture. Fitted well for my small hand. It will surely help me when we harvest our deer meat. Although not in a packaging as shown, the knife was on a hard plastic as a temporary holder/sheath and then wrap on a fitted cardboard to secure it properly. Then placed in a bubble lined plastic envelope. They did good on wrapping and the knife came quick. Price is very reasonable. I am happy to own it, so I bought another one today as my spare.
