you cant go wrong with nickel silver track. I got back into the hobby not to long ago. It was so frustrating trying to get my trains to work again on the black roadbed track that was oxidized for almost a year. Nickel silver wont oxidize the track. Its a little pricy so take your time collecting it.

Rails are not always square and when doing inclines, even with piers made for EZ Track, lots of additional support is needed, especially for Bachmann Amtrak Acela engine with cars.
