Tastes really good (like the real Spanish cheese I tried years ago). This cheese is so greasy though, that you'll needs plenty of napkins to dried it our before eating.

I found this cheese in a food magazine. It sure lived up to the hype. It is a very good cheese. I would buy this item from this seller again.

Just recieved my order today, it was well vacuum packed and it's excellent. For the reviewers that don't like it because it's oily, Manchego cheese is naturally oily and by the way I live in the USA but was born in Spain. Great cheese and satisfied with my order will definately order again.
