The Manchego cheese is advertised as a one piece of cheese with a weight of two pounds, but I received two pieces of cheese with less of a pound each. This is wrong and it shouldn't be advertised as such.

What did I use this for? On bread, on crackers, on bagels . It's a stronger flavor than most American style cheeses, and you can use less for the same flavor punch. Highly recommend but don't tell anyone lol.
