Didn't know what to expect but was very pleased. Not as in picture, but very nice bonsai tree. The pot is a beautiful cobalt blue. Came with a basic care guide and was packaged beautifully. It was not dried out but seemed to still have plenty of water after three days in box. My first bonsai,so we will see how it goes!! Great buy for the price!!
Update, Plant lost a lot of leaves at first. They turned yellow and fell off. I decided I was watering too much. Directions said every day. I cut back to every two to three days. Has stopped shedding and even has some new growth. Seems to be doing good near a bright NW window. I plan to keep it inside year round if it does well.

I ordered one the first one came broken the second pne just didn't flourish i did everything required for both and they dried out i was so disappointed

I thought this tree would have close to similar amount of branches but mine shows up with only 2 branches about an inch long and the rest of the branches are much too thin to be really considered a branch. Nothing like the picture in advertisement. Tree seems healthy at least. Pot is white and different style of pot. I'm going to try and re pot into bigger one to see if I can make the branches to get thicker. I bought the cheaper fern bonsi tree and it was taller and had like 10 branches that were 5" or longer.

I called Amazon to see if I could get a new pot, but they said to just keep the plant with to broken pot and they would send another.
So I ordered a new pot and now I will have two of these pretty trees!
Got the replacement, tree and pot were perfect!

Beautiful tree arrived covered in mites, could not save it

It was a beautiful Bonsai, but it arrived with mites all over it. After several months of trying desperately to save it, we had to get rid of it. If the Bonsai had been healthy and pest free, it would have been 5 Stars all day. But as it arrived, it was entirely useless. We are just lucky that we kept it segregated enough that the mites didn't spread to our other plants. The shape of the tree itself is why it is 2 stars and not just 1. Its a shame it was sent to us on its death bed.
