Love this machine... it came as promised and in a prompt fashion... it also work really well and help with allergies and conjestion... only ick is that it must be held upright and sitting on a stable surface to be used and so its can be a little awkward. All in all, great purchase!

The friend I bought it for used it today as soon as it arrived. There is a v cut into the bottom of the mask which drips boiling water onto the user's chest if not kept level. The reservoir is so small it only takes a few tablespoons of water and runs out after 4 or 5 minutes.
