Soup of Tofu Solids?

They were not working as expected. I ended up getting a large pot of soup with tiny tofu solids in it.
I don't know why it looked like this...

So I tried to make a tofu pudding/taho, followed the instructions down to a T(increased the water to 80fl.oz) but it all came out the opposite of smooth. I wonder where it went wrong?!:((

Im a fan of taho as well as my family! We are overseas and hard to find it. This is one way to make a home made taho! My husband and my kids love me more because I can make it any time they want it :-)
