I have used magnets in the past so I knew this would work for me. I sleep on this pad every night now and have had no more headaches or shoulder pain. I highly recommend it.
Doesn't fit any standard pillow size

I sit on this everyday and can't say it has made any significant difference that I'm able to notice and I do suffer from a lot of chronic low back pain. It's an odd size so you can't find a cover that fits it and I have it in a zippered pillowcase that I have to fold the extra material underneath. When I was changing it, I forgot which was the top as there is nothing on the pillow to tell you which is the top so make sure you mark the flowered top side although someone wrote in her review that seemed to say she get's some benefit to use it the opposite way. Maybe I should try that. I think it's overpriced for the size but it does fit perfectly in my lounge chair which is 20 x 20.
They make great gifts for other people than could use better circulation.
