Love the fact that it is pure malt

I use this for baking (for flavor, not to promote strong rise in yeast breads, not sure if this is diastatic or not) and for malted milk. Love the fact that it is pure malt, no milk powder, no added sugar. Much better and more economical than the malted milk powder one gets from grocery stores.

Love this malt; it's for folks who like to dress up everything they eat with something nutricious and tasty; like malt!
I am grateful for this flavor in real malt, i add it to ice cream, muffins, juice plus my supplements, to my yoghurt mix
and even to my baby bird food to help them boost their weight. For me, malt in good production content is vital.

DELICIOUS for milkshakes

I wanted to make malt milkshakes, but cannot consume dairy. Then I found this malt powder, without any added powdered milk! ! Let me say, this gives my milkshakes that distinct signature malt taste. I have not tried this product in any other way, but for making malts, it's really great. Will buy again after I run out.

really great for clean malt flavor- i like a strong malt flavor in chocolate milk/shakes, so it went quickly while i indulged every night - but good product!
mixed with cocao powder and stevia and a smidgen of salt , i was in heaven- have to admit, it gave me gas- so drink in privacy of home first as a test! haahahaha- tinkering may give a perfect recipe-

Exactly what I was looking for. We wanted to make reasonably healthy smoothies, including chocolate ones, with that malted milk flavor. The only store brand malted milk mix is mostly sugar. I don't even know if it contains any real barley malt. This worked very well and added just what we wanted to our smoothies.
