When I placed the tie holder into the frame it went straight through the "wood" leg.
Smaller than it appears and does not work for me and I'm only 5' 9". I expected more for the money. If you want quality I would pass on this item.

Valet appears to be well made and fairly easy to assemble except the instructions are a little vague. It came with so much wrapping that all the pieces were well protected but it created a huge amount of waste.

I got this for my Guy for a birthday gift, he's a deputy and works a lot. Whenever he comes home he hangs his uniform across the bedroom chair, noticing I had seen valets in the past and always thought he should have one. He's the guy who has everything (some things twice). He didn't have this, I'm sure he never thought to own one. He likes it a lot, he commented that "It would just be a good furniture piece, period". I was impressed with myself because I put it together, at first I was a little reluctant but it was a lot easier than I had imagined, it looks great!! I'm very happy with this piece and for the guy who has everything until he has a valet, he only thinks he does.

Piece of garbage. Parts missing. pieces scratched came in a bent up box. Looked like it was made of from a bunch of spare parts. Returned it and ordered the Smarttek product instead which was perfect. save your frustration and buy the Smartek product instead. This proman product is garbage.
