The Nutritional Facts photo on the website says 9G carbohydrate got the package and it says 25G carbohydrate.. I think what happened is that the serving size is different on the package I got but 28 grams is about two table spoons and 9 X 2 = 18 not 25.. so there are some extra carbs in the new packaging/formula or the Facts are off. update the photo to the new packing please...

I purchased this to use when making body butter. It works just as I hoped it would. Tapioca starch cuts down on the greasy feeling of the oils and adds a nice silky texture. This little bag goes a long way. I only use 2 tbsp per pound of oils/butters.
Quality and quantity standard to store bought.

I use this to make indian desserts and the quality is just as good as when I buy from the store. Except more convenient ;)
