Better than the 2s for energy 2s better for weightloss

First of all, I have cronic migraine. I say this bc I worry about these energy supplements triggering them. This doesnt and hasnt given me one if taken as directed.
U must absolutley eat a good amount of food before taking. I'll say it again... you must eat before u take these. I know ppl use it to help lose weight and will be tempted not to eat but u MUST EAT before u take it. Or u will be very very sick with the worst head ache of ur life.
With that said I use it for energy. U do work up a tolerance for it over time but it still helps with sharpening memory and curving appetite. I eat out of boredom and it helps stop most of it.
It will make u super thirsty so keep water handy.
I have tried the staker 2s and it did not give me the boost these do. With that said the 2s did help me stop eating as much but didnt give me the energy.

I have used this product in the past to lose enough weight in order to do exercises tha challenge me even more. I quit using it, and kept up with my exercise routines and diet, and was able to keep the weight off. I stopped my fitness routine for a year and a half, and gained weight again.
