Aquariam salt is inexpspensive and more effective.

I had just recently bought an aquarium, my new fish got ich. I overnighted this product, because the herbal medicine from the store wasn't working. This product didn't work either, what did work was aquarium salt, and raising tempreture. This product did not stain my decorations, but did stain my tank seal.
Worked Great!!!

There seemed to be a problem with the fish at my local pet store near the end of last year. I finally lost my Beta, and a couple guppies, and replaced them. Then the two old guppies died, and the new Beta caught ICK. I made the mistake of quarantining it (inside big tank for heat) and using Beta Revive that I already had. Lost it too! :-( Purchased the Super Ick Cure because it could be metered down to drops and first tired it in the small quarantine container. It seemed to be helping, then did more reading and found that I should be treating the entire tank (live and learn!), and also learned about heating the tank more, and aquarium salt. I thought I would first try treating the entire tank with the Super Ick Cure, and heat. Ordered an adjustable heater and one day shipped it (got it in two), and did a good bottom vacuuming, a heavy duty water change, and added a clean filter with no charcoal (now I have read that clean filters can be bad too, this fish thing is complicated!), and added the Super Ick Cure. Nearly immediately the Beta was happy as hell, and the spots were leaving, now they are all gone even before the heater arrived! Did lose one of the four guppies, but that might have been from my 50% water change that I know was too much, but thought desperate time call for desperate measures. And just wanted to get as much of the bad out as I could. Following the instructions did the second treatment 48 hours later and will do a 1/4 water change and put the charcoal back in another 48 (about 24 now). I am just an amateur but have had pretty good luck with my 10 gallon Tetra Half Moon tank over the years. Never had an Itch problem, at least that I knew about, but I have to say that this Super Ick Cure worked awesome!! Everyone looks happy and healthy, including the two dwarf frogs!
Large Bottle, Working Well

I recently purchased a new goldfish to keep my old one company in the spacious new decorative aquarium I got. I was less than thrilled to find out soon after arriving home that my new fish had a spot of what I can only presume to be ick on it's fin. I knew I needed to act fast to prevent it spreading so I did some research and figured out what I needed to do. Apparently ick thrives in cold water (which is how the pet stores keep their tanks) so I got this cure as well as an aquarium heater and so far the infection has not spread so I am happy! As far as I can tell this cure is working and that's all I needed. It's also quite a large bottle so I'll have more for the future in case I ever need it again.

I followed the directions exactly, including temperature raise and later water changes. Cured ich on my Oscar and Pleco rapidly - under 5 days. To protect my biological filter, I just took out the entire filter and ran an air stone during application and water changes. Then i added the filter back on after ich was gone. (Not ideal, since the filter still technically contained small amount of ich contaminated water , but it worked). Caution: Have a plan on what you'll do with your filter. If u leave it on during treatment, the bio filter will likely get axed.
Works great

Added a baby Oscar into my 20 gallon Q tank and in 4 days the ich appeared. Was already running coppersafe in there for my two other new fish(a baby jack Dempsey and a firemouth) in there already for two weeks. Blasted it with this for 96 hours (2 doses...1 then another 48 hrs later) then did a 90% water change , added carbon back in with new coppersafe and a week later the fish are fine. Eating good, ich appears gone. Will wait another week then will go into the main 135 gallon. Always have a small quarantine tank running people.
