I was pleasantly surprised to discover this wasn't as heavy as it looked like it might be. The screws and washers were enclosed with the wheels in plastic bags. Unfortunately, there were no instructions included. A quick email to Midwest and I was sent a pdf with the instructions (which I had already found on their web site anyway)
The metal pull handle is a pain. You can't keep it on and I just ended up taking it off totally.
