Nice sound but very small bongos!

These are much smaller than I anticipated, with the drum head about the size of the palm of an adult hand. [I didn't pay attention to the measurements, so that's on me.] That said, they have a nice little bongo sound, with differences between sides and from rim vs center. As a music teacher, they actually are nice for working with preK children, especially that the price is right.

It's a pretty good little drum, was alittle smaller then expected. My only real complaint is never let it get wet or in high humidity. We took it camping and over night the leather loosened and warped. It never got wet from dew or anything, shear humidity ruined the skin on the drum.

Got these for my son. He loves beating on them. They don't have a great sound but good enough for a young child (son is 1). They r perfect size for him and put together well (no loose parts on mine). For an older child or someone looking for good sound look else where.

I bought these for my grandson on his first birthday. My grandson loves music and would just beat on anything he got his hands on. He absolutely loved them and they are on the small side so I think they are great for a child. Also they are made well and held up really great to daily beatings ... LOL I would definitely buy them again.
