boil 15 leaves a day and drink the liquid twice a day. In 6 weeks time my bp came down from 150ish-160ish to 130ish-140ish. And on top of this, i quit my metformin Glipizide only after 5 weeks of being diagnosed with a type 2 diabetes. Ma doctor ($250/visit) instructed me to go to a hospital ER for my sugar glucose reading read 636, and since I ain't got no insurance, the hospital charged me $1700 for a 3 hr stay thru a debt collector. Now I've been without this meta-glip for almost a week. These metaglip cost $ 1 each, and the doc said I am to suffer for the rest of my life.
