I do like the tablets and I do think they do its job however the "Papaya" in the title is misleading as I feel not all of the tablets taste like papaya. A lot of them also taste like coconut and other flavors that I can't recognize. To be honest I was a little disappointed by this as in the past when I tried this product a few years ago all of the tablets were actually Papaya flavored. Am I the only one experiencing this? I wonder if they're going for a Placebo effect here were enough of the product tastes like Papaya to label it such.

We have been using these for close to five years whenever we have any kind of digestive issues such as overeating, heartburn or nausea. They help so much, I am never without them. With seven kids, someone's tummy is always hurting. After a couple of these, most of the time they feel better within 30 minutes. Texture is kind of chalky, but not bad. And I love the flavor because it has peppermint in it. I wish they were cheaper, because we go through a bottle a month easy.
