I couldn't live without this. I have a reef aquarium and use my own RO/DI water which requires testing. I use this at least once or twice a week when refilling water in the aquarium. It hasn't failed me yet.

This a great water tester, and easy to use. It takes about 4 seconds to read the water. We take it when we travel to check the quality of the water. I highly recommend this tester. Great price also.

seems to work well, very happy. tap water = 116ppm, RO system water = 6ppm, distilled from store = 1ppm.

Love the tool, but not what it told me when I used it. My water softener apparently does not remove very much TDS, although, it does soften the water (Per the other tester I purchased). Ended up having to purchase an iSpring RO Water Filter system, and now this tool says the water is great, and so my wife says I am as well! Nice to be able to test the water from time to time, however, I am hoping that the filters last long enough that it will be some time before this tool gives me high levels of TDS again!
