It went together easily and it was very simple to install. The large wheel makes it easy to manouver. Every thing needed to install was included in the package. The only problem I encountered was with a torn bag of bolts, nuts and Washers. Everything needed was there just not in the bag of parts.

I have had my boat for 5 years and I have replaced the jack 3 times, Walmart stuff, So I stepped up on price, and this one is strong, sturdy and very easy to use,
The box was destroyed upon delivery but the lift doesn’t seem to have lost any meaningful parts.

The box was destroyed by UPS upon arrival. Luckily it appears that nothing was lost. I assembled it without looking at the directions and it seems to work just fine lifting my 21 ft bass boat! The original lift was 1250 lb and this is 1500 lb lift. Much more robust. Better beef up the box!
