Size your situation up first. The regulated 40 psi line isn't enought pressure. It make take ten tries before it is clean.

This item would work well on a straight line to the black tank but mine has two 45 degree turns from the factory to accommodate the grey line. I am going to separate the grey line and drop the 45 degree angles to see how that works.
Note: Separated the two tanks and it did work, perhaps not quite as well as stated. it too several washes to get it cleaned but it did. Water pressure is a key element. I have a line that is not regulated. It is 80 psi. It took switching to that to get it moving. After that it worked fine I would recommend it. It is clean as the day it was installed!

I had to cut off one of the fastening hooks to get it to fasten on to my sewer hose. It may be a unique problem with my sewer hose but I don't know for sure. I'm not certain how well it does what it is designed to do. I've only used it once and it was awkward trying to direct the water flow far enough up the sewer hose to rinse it out. Maybe I will do better with more practice. It might work best at rinsing if the sewer hose were collapsed when it is rinsed but it would be impossible for me to then drain it into the dump. For now, I am withholding final judgement until I can play with it some more.

Saved me a ton of money. My black water sensors would not show accuratel. I was getting worried that I was going to have to spend a lot to get my tank cleaned.
Bought this and started flushing. I just kept at it and in about an hour my sensors were accurate and my tank was rinsing clean.
My black water pipe has a couple bends so I was worried that the "jet action" wasn't going to have much effect. I was thankfully, I was wrong!!
If your tank does not have a cleaning system (and maybe even if it does?) this is great. Highly recommend.

This thing solved a big problem.
It seems that my black water tank does not drain well. The level indicator often showed full or nearly full after I dumped the tank.
I bought this on a hunch that it might help the dumping process.
It worked. Every time I dump the black water tank, I connect a garden hose to this gadget and shoot water back into the holding tank until the tank gets too full for the spray to hold the water back. Sure enough, when I turn the little valve off, out comes more solid material that was left behind after dumping. Now my gauge will show empty. I also use it to rinse the hose after I shut both gray and black water valves off. .

BAM! Love this device! This makes it a little less messy and makes me feel better about my poopy hose after connecting/disconnecting it. Pretty straight forward with how this device works. As you probably already know, this is used to clean out the hose for the Grey/Black water on an RV/Camper. Simply take the hose for your water source coming in to the camper/RV and screw it into the black nozzle, turn on the water supply, then twist the knob on this Adapter and boom, your sending fresh water into your poopy tank to flush it out. Wonderful!!
