Well made but they are large

The Theraband balls are very well made and good quality. The balls have a nice sheen and are weighted.
Cons:
- They were too large. I returned these for the Stott Pilates balls which are smaller and easier to hold.
- $16-19 is pricey for one ball. They can be purchased elsewhere for slightly less.
Comparison: The TheraBand ball is smoother and feels more airy and the Stott ball feels more like a beanbag that has been filled almost fully. As mentioned above, the Theraband balls are larger than the Stott ones. The TheraBand ball comes with an exercise insert which is helpful.

I'm recovering from rotator cuff surgery and doing as many of the exercises as possible at home that I'm doing at physical therapy visits. This ball is easy to grip and perfect. I just graduated up to the 4.4 lb ball and purchased that one too.
It does what it does - very easy to use... Could be a little bit less in price...

Lots of neat things to do with this 2# beauty. It's basically up to your imagination to exhaust the possibilities. Would be nice if it were just a 1/2" or more in diameter. Probably not the best choice if you happen to have very large hands - but for rest of the population reasonably acceptable. Without going overboard - the neat thing is you can use it standing, sitting or laying down. Even take it to work and sneak a few minutes using it at lunch time if necessary. Would observe it's best use is mainly lite exercise - but in a therapy mode is still a workable option.
