This is such a seasonal item in my area. I wanted to use it to stuff a pork tenderloin for a formal dinner party. Not only was it a time saver, but was a great accompaniment to the pork.

A traditional pie for our Thanksgiving and overall holiday season which is becoming harder and harder to get each year. We have a couple of local bakeries in our area which may or may not have a limited number available but you can't order in advance. So you go stand in line for quite a while depending on what time you arrive and hope that a pie is still available when you finally get to the counter. Some folks actually camp out overnight in the hope of getting one. Because of this product I will no longer have this problem. I can now make it at home with stores bought crust (I am not a baker) and the end product received outstanding raves from our guests this year. Excellent flavor. Not too tart yet not too mild. Get some!

Jar of mince meat completely crushed. I would like to have that jar replaced.

Not made with venison like the old New England homemade mince meat But sufficient consistency and taste to satisfy my memory of the real mince meat.
