Very tasty, no weird preservatives

I like to eat danishes (pastries, not the people) and cherry pie. But really, I only like the filling. I could do without crusts or extra carbs. So I decided I was just going to buy cherry filling and eat a spoonful or two a few days a week. I opened a can of this a few weeks ago and still have some in my fridge and it has not gone bad. It tastes fantastic. My body is sensitive to a lot of fillers, food coloring and preservatives, but I get no side-effects from this, so I know it's not unhealthy (except for all the sugar). I'll definitely buy it again.

I started buying this from our grocery store. I like it because it's organic and cherries can absorb a lot of pesticides. Usually it is about $6 or $7, which I considered somewhat expensive. It does taste good, but there is a lot of the syrupy goop in it. The last can I had I was taking the cherries out because I didn't want much goop in what I was making, and only about half the can is actually cherries. That was disappointing to see but because there are not many choices for organic I will continue buying them. There is a cake recipe on the label that is tasty.
