Very small... size of a pack of cigs. Tuning wheel knob is a little difficult to move. Speaker is not tinny.

Love this radio! It's small enough to fit in the palm of my hand, but the stations still come in clear and strong. I feel like no one has radios anymore. They all say they can get radio from the Internet, but I can't get all of my local stations online, and when the power is out, this battery powered wonder can go for days.
It can be tricky with the volume and finding station ...

It can be tricky with the volume and finding station. but I bought it for my dog for when I'm not home at times if I feel he might want the noise and actually use it more for my 4 year old step-daughter who is afraid to sleep in her own room. It's helped her. The only thing that freaked me out was it just randomly turned on all by itself in the middle of the night and woke me and my boyfriend up because it was loud. It was creepy, but only happened once. So again, it can be tricky. Also, smaller than I was expecting. It's as small as the palm of my hand.
