As a trainer, it's nice to have access to quantity of tubing to cut to odd lengths. With a variety of client abilities, it's important to have a variety of resistance levels. This black is a bit lighter than I expected, as there is only one more Theraband level above it: silver. (not a complaint - just passing on observation.) I'm very happy with Theraband products.

This is pretty much what was described and what I ordered, so that was good. However it was not a continuous 25 ft. It was cut in the middle and taped together. I had to work around that. So only 4 stars.

Hey - this is surprisingly useful. I have loops of it lurking in many places now, so that when I have a few minutes to spare I am using it. I am a big guy and will probably buy a heavier weight tubing next time, but this works for strengthening aging joints. Sometimes I double up the loops so that I am pulling agains four strands when I want more resistance.
We're not going to get ripped using this stuff, but the gentle, progressive resistance prevents injuries. I use it constantly and feel like I have added strength and stability without giving up range of motion. My shoulders feel better than they have in a long time.

This is a good way to buy this tubing. My husband uses it when working out. He had purchased a small piece before but of course, eventually it gets weak and breaks. This way he has a ready supply that should last quite a while. He can knot the ends or attached it to handles that he has. The price is really good too.
