Can have heart palps if you don't need it

I gave it 3 stars because I am having side effects. My husband is not. I bought this for him to try for his high BP. I don't know if it is doing anything for BP yet. I am having heart palpitations. I just read that if you do not need it, you can have symptoms of what you are taking it for, i.e. heart. Thought I'd pass along for others.
Blood pressure already down.

I 've my been on them for one day and a half and Wow, my blood pressure is already down to 128/87 from High 180's over low 100's. I've taken a total of six capsules two at at time. Morning and evening I've taken out of the capsule put on a spoon with water. Taste like berries. I am so excited. Will continue to take and monitor. I didnt want to take any meds. I definitely recommend. Will update in a week or so.

My bf has had high blood presssure since getting electrocuted last year. He wanted to try some natural remedies and so I did some research and bought these. We started off at 1 pill twice daily and had a small effect. Now he does one in the am and two in the pm and we have seen a marked improvement. It's not completely lowered, but a lot better.
I wouldn't suggest this for someone with severe blood pressure issues, but for someone who is slightly high it is great.

I bought this because I was recently diagnosed with left ventricular hypertrophy and some other heart issues and read that this would be good for me. Well I'm glad I did! It has not only helped to reduce the pain I was getting in my chest, but the cardiologist says that things are getting better. I hope to be able to use this in place of the beta blockers they have me on soon.
