Durable Water Toy for Much Fishing Fun

This water toy is a marvel! My kids played with it in the pool all summer, and had many an hour of fun and laughter. And, to our great surprise, the following summer it still worked! You do need to be careful to remove the batteries after each use in the water to avoid corroding the batteries, but that is a small task for a toy that can hold up to daily use in a pool for three months and then work again the following year.
Lots of fun for my 3 year old in the pool.

Great toy for playing in the pool, even if you just want to let the fish swim around. I have taken the batteries out after each use as instructed with the original packaging and have not had any issues after 10 uses. The only negative is the catch point for the magnet lures. You practically have to place the lure in the fishes mouth to get it to latch. Then it sticks strong and is fun to reel in. It would just be nice if they could design it to catch a little closer to the front of the mouth to allow easier catches. For now I just sit in the water while my three year old sits on the edge of the pool. If he doesn't hook after 5 or 6 circles I give it the necessary nudge.

I can't believe the prices I have seen for this toy. Great fun but it really is just a plastic toy. I paid $20.00. as a gift for my grandson Then wanted another one for our other grandson and cannot find it for less than $35.00. Some venders are asking as much as 300.00 for this toy. Please don't pay these high prices- it just feeds the greedy.
Find it for $30.00 or less or wait!
Ours was a gift for a 2 year old. And all the kids ages 10-2 really enjoy it. The fish action is realistic and exciting for the little kids!

Hours and hours of fun! Perfect for the pool! It swims in circles and tends to stay in the same place which is great. The magnetic is so strong too!

My grandson LOVES playing in grandma's bathtub anyway, but with this toy, he has the best time! Not so easy to get the "bait" in the mouth of the fish, but that is true for all similar fishing toys.
