Perfect Replacement for Waring 51BL16 Blender!

I recently broke the original glass container that came with my Waring 51BL16 blender. Evidently, the glass container is no longer available from Waring. Even though this plastic container is not listed as compatible with model 51BL16, I took a chance and bought it anyway. The parts shown in the photos looked similar enough to me. It works PERFECTLY! It has a bit more capacity and the lid is far more secure than the original. It is lighter and wider than the original glass container, which makes it much easier to clean. Also, the blade assembly screws on more securely and seals better. NO leakage! Breaking the original glass container turned out to be a happy accident.
