Eye movement on the Bachman Thomas trains is a nice touch.

Color, and finish is very good.

Couplings are not a strength on these engines. They may not take rough handling so bear that in mind with very young children, they may not hold up.

But train is a little slow and fussy on track conditions. Price was very fair for an HO electric rail engine. Like all things Thomas though, you won't be stopping at Thomas... you've got Percy, Diesel, Toby, Gordon and all the other Thomas friends to help empty you wallet! Recommended.

I was a bit skeptical about this tiny engines ability to run on our usually somewhat dirty track but it's done very well. We installed an N-scale DCC decoder in it without issue to make it compatible with the rest of the locomotives on the layout. My nephew loves it and he's actually figured out how to couple it to the conventional Kadee couplers on our other cars. Sort of.

Bachmann Trains has done an incredible job on the model of Thomas in making him look exactly how he does in the Television series whether it would be the classic model series or CGI series. A unique feature on Thomas is his moving eyes. It gives Thomas and his friends some more realism as their eyes move back and forth looking out on the tracks as they puff along. Shipping was very fast and I got Thomas a day early. Model railroaders, Thomas fans and train enthusiasts will have an amazing time with this model of Thomas. The model is fun, fast, accurate and these models are really built to last. Thomas will look great running along your layout while pulling some rolling stock or just puffing along by himself. This model of Thomas is gaurentteed to satisfy any modeler. Highly recommended, affordable price and a great purchase all together. There will be more reviews to come.

The locomotive runs well and the eyes move as it journeys along. It was not designed to pull heavy loads but chugs along with the Henrietta coach quite nicely. It should haul more coaches in the series without a problem. Its the only fun engine I have in my collection but is easily the favorite for my grandchildren.

Por lo que veo. Tuvieron una mal racha en 2017-2018.Ya que los Thomas Bachmann se les agotaban las baterias enseguida. El tercero que tuve es el actual y funciona bien.Ya que lo compre en 2020. Los otrsos 2 solo me duraron 5 y 7 meses. Este tiene 8 meses y va perfectamente. Excelente modelo salbo detalles como:
1:Las ventanas de atras deverian tener varillas
2: La parte frontal roja del parachoques es demasiado larga (Yo la lijé)
En conclusion. Muy recomendable :) 4 y medio de estrellas.
