Tach and Dwell do not work.

I bought this for the tach and dwell functions, for working on my old Jeep. Neither of these functions work, the reading just bounces around all over. The other functions work as expected, though. But if you don't need the tach and dwell functions, there are cheaper meters that work just as well.

Seems to work OK, but the RPM accuracy seems suspect... double checked against a known good meter, and it was reading 20% high. Checked a second time, and it was close. Consistency? Not sure yet.
