Perfect for those hard to reach kinks in shoulder blades

I'm on the computer for hours at a time and my shoulders start to ache, specifically in the shoulder blades area. I do a lot of shoulder stretches to help with the pain but this funky looking thing is the BEST! The trigger points are perfectly sized to get into those really deep tissues to work out the kinks. I highly recommend this and have gotten these as gifts as well.

Just exactly what I needed for working out my trigger points. I had another brand that worked, but, this is, in my opinion, much better for my use, as the different "ends" can be used to apply different measures of pressure for the trigger points.

I really like this, it helps a lot with my myofascial pain. My mom tried it and really liked it for her neck, which was broken years back so it releases a lot of tightness she experiences from the surgeries she had, I'm going to get her one. I simply put a knob on my pressure point and then i loop my arm or leg through the loop of the other side and just pull down. Getting a full accupressure massage as I watch tv.

i've been using this bad boy to help release the hard-to-access psoas muscle by finding the points with tension along my abdominal line. It's way more effective and easier to do than the lax ball + kettle bell combo job I learned from Kelly Starrett at one of movement and mobility courses that I took a few years ago. I recommend this gizmo to anyone who's interested in releasing 'trigger' points that are difficult to find with a lacrosse or massage ball. It's also excellent for accessing the 1st rib on the top of the shoulder cage. This is a particularly difficult area to apply sufficient pressure but the BBB is well-suited for the task. I have two points to add that would improve this device: 1) I'd prefer if it were made of a metal or non-plastic material and 2) a little shorter length would allow it to fit in my gym bag. It's a funny magilla to haul to work or around with me in public. The things works quite well, though. It's worth the funny looks and makes for a fantastic conversation starter.
