I took this for a parasite cleanse. And for upkeep. Worked great. Better than different brand with capsules. I just mix it in a little juice and shoot it. The taste didn't bother me.
Best bang for your buck for part of a parasite cleanse

This stuff works so much better than the Black Walnut capsules. Got definite Herx reaction after taking this for the first day whereas with the capsules I had none after 5 days. (combined with the Wormwood pills and fresh clove) My advice, if you use this for a parasite cleanse, ramp up your doses as quick as you can do so comfortably as the harder you hit the parasites the quicker you kill them and prevent them from migrating or surviving. My first attempt (with another brand) I felt the parasites migrate up into my face and forehead where they hung out for months until I hit them again with this. Don't be afraid to go over the recommended dose a little and take a little longer then someone like Dr Clark recommends. As long as you can tolerate it, him them as hard a as you can.

I was very skeptical about this, but had symptoms that were suspected to be from parasites, and told to use this to eliminate them, if they existed - hard to prove out - Into the second week I noticed the symptoms were about gone. I stayed with the simple process (10 drops in about 4 oz. water, 3 x a day), and am no longer bothered. I kept with it for 4 weeks, for good measure, and am not off it, but will certainly recommend it if that were suggested to a person.
