Don't spend your money on this, you can DIY

This was a terrible ripoff. Sure it works and serves the purpose but I paid $20 for something that is literally worth less than $10. I was incredibly disappointed. It is literally a flat piece of plastic with 4 little stick on feet. I'm sure you could make one on your own for less than half the cost. I recommend you not purchase this product unless you have money to burn.
Almost perfect for narrow keyboards

I have a Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Keyboard (with wrist rest removed) and a under desk keyboard tray (with a built in wrist rest). So I needed a mouse tray that was long enough to fit over the keyboard, but not be too long for the tray. This fits the bill! However, because it goes completely over the keyboard, not just over the key pad, the little black plastic feet that come with it do not make it high enough. Easily solved by gluing 3/4" high pieces of wood instead of the black plastic feet.
Such a simple thing, so helpful

When we got our new computer desk we found that the keyboard drawer, designed to hold the keyboard at the proper ergonomic level, would not accomodate the mouse. Using the mouse on top of the desk bothered my shoulder, and on my lap just clumsy and awkward. This little panel fits right over the numeric pad on the keyboard and the little rubber feet can be place so that it fits your keyboard just so.
Two complaints:
The ergonomic slant of the keyboard means that the mouse will slide off when you're not holding it. I wish there were taller pads to slant it forward just a little.
I live in Alaska, which, you may not realize, is one of the United States, and we actually get mail through USPS. This seller is the only place I found this item, and to receive it I had to have it mailed to family in another state and have them get it to me. It's 2013, all the states use USPS. Honestly.
