I replaced my bad valve control with this without digging up pipes. It took a little patience and reviewing YouTube videos how to do it but this valve works great for over a month now. Professional replacement would have cost me 4 Benjis. Please be careful removing top screws. I almost blew this stripping out two of the old valves screws. The new ones went in fine.

I used the "guts" of the head to rebuild the one I have in the ground. Worked perfectly and much cheaper than hiring a professional. Just be sure you order the correct part number.
