Feels much more substantial than other BP Cuffs. I use this daily at work in a rehab facility. I did notice that when I squeeze the bulb, I haven't been able to make small adjustments, just one big one, but I imagine I will become more use to it.

Trying to replace a 40 year-old model with deteriorating rubber tubing and bulb. This is just OK, but feels clunky and the knurl is poorly constructed for control of the release of air for taking BP. It requires turning almost a full turn to let any air out, then lets it go all at once. Will probably just order new tubes and a bulb for the old one. Sorry, we gave it a try.
Buy a different manual BP cuff

Cuff is too small, barely fits a person w a normal BMI 20-25. The rubber attachment for the manometer is SHORT!!! Not at all like it looks in the picture. The length is half the size shown and half the length of the rubber hose/attachment to the bulb. VERY disappointed. Works fine IF you have a small arm and the person is willing to hold the manometer for you. BUY a different product. I'm buying another manual BP cuff (not this one) and annoyed I need to.

I'm an RN who does home care, and my equipment gets some pretty rough treatment. This has proved to be a solid, well-made piece of equipment. It does the job well, and isn't flimsy. Highly recommended.
