Not fun but happy with end result.

Let me start of by saying, I read many reviews of this shed prior to purchasing and listened to many when they said a big key to this build is having an almost perfectly level surface. I built a raised "deck" to accomplish this, or so I thought. This comes in 1 box, labeled at nearly 300lbs. Mine came upside down, so that was fun. Surprisingly everything was in great condition (even after flipping the box over). I began to pull pieces out following the directions, quickly finding part numbers not matching what I had and what the directions were calling for. After a quick phone call to Arrow I found of The box had a the wrong English directions. They corrected the mistake by sending me the proper English directions by email (this unfortunately slowed me down having to open up the pdf from email every step). Fast forward a few hours the base and the walls were up and I thought I was well on my way to having the shed built in 1 day. Womp womp womp...I was wrong. The roof is a disaster, it is a very slow process due to the many over lapping pieces (thus being stretched out on a ladder hanging over roof panels hoping not to smash them) and obnoxiously tiny bolts and nuts, not to mention the exhausting foil tape strips beteeen every seem. Everything fit well until the final roof panel. Due to nature of the shed (not anchoring until the end, your inevitably going to push/pull the shed out of square and very minor less than perfect level shed floor) Thankfully the shed isn't all that heavy and a few minor push/pulls allowed the final assembly to go rather smooth. I am surprised as to how ridged the shed feels after it's all said and done, exhausted but happy.

I am a very handy person and have built many things that are "flat packed" like this. But this really takes the cake. A few words of wisdom from me to you;

Have a set of saw horses for when you raise the initial wall panels (corners) it will make life easier to build the walls and attach the "structural" steel to the wall panels corners.

Do yourself a favor and go by 2 dozen #8-32 x 3/4" to replace the ridge bolts as it makes threading the nut on much easier as your having to put the bolt through 2 panels and 2 ridge cap overlaps.

Make sure you buy a good handful of 3/4" self tapping metal screws (for those pieces that you just can't get the screw holes to line up exactly, just drive one of these in).

Have extra foil tape on hand as the rolls they send will more than likely get used up, especially if it accidentally sticks to itself after removing the backing.

The biggest thing with this shed is on flat and level surface, patience and being able to just "make it work". If your anal and want everything perfect buy something else.

My doors close nice and even with no gap ( there is some wiggle room with a few adjustment mounting holes)

I have 0 faith that this shed won't leak when the rain comes, so I have purchased a few tubes of caulking to fill those holes and caulk the entire base sections, but for 600$, you get what you pay for.

From start (including phone call to arrow, lunch break and dealing with reading direction off a phone and a quick trip to HD) to finish this took approx 12-13 hours with 2 people.

Best of luck.
Nice shed kit, maybe a little overpriced

This is a nice shed. 10' x 14' is ample room. I purchased the shed, floor kit and an anchor kit with four ground augers and steel cable. Delivery was by freight company. The shed itself was all metal, of course, just stacked and layered into a cardboard box. I will leave the packaging feedback elsewhere, but suffice it to say.... they could use a lot better and heavier box. There were holes in the box and several of the panels were dented and scratched. The shipping company did note this and called it in when it arrived. I was a little peeved, but told them I'd accept it as long as the shed assembled without any problems. Assembly was fairly easy, instructions were adequate, and most of the parts were labeled with numbers so you could be sure you were assembling the right pieces. I made the decision to build the shed right on the ground, then install the floor kit with wood floor later. In retrospect I should probably have assembled it on a treated wood base, but instructions said not to let any treated wood contact galvanized metal. I interpreted this to mean there would be a chemical reaction and corrosion could result. You start by assembling the based for the four walls, then square it up. Once square you assemble the wall panels. This is where it gets a little dicey, especially if you live anywhere where the wind might blow. Any good breeze can destroy the shed easily while assembling the wall panels. There is no real support until you get the wall beams and front door frames installed. To make sure the wind would not collapse or crush the panels, I pounded some long stakes into the ground inside and outside the wall panels for support. This seemed to work fine. You don't want to get interrupted or plan to assemble this over a few days time, because wind and weather can tear it up. Be sure you have some help where you need it and don't dawdle. You need to get it built, get the roof on, and get it anchored to the ground before any significant winds kick up. If you can do that you are probably good. The floor kit went in fine and I used a post-hole digger (motorized auger) to put in the ground anchors, packing the dirt tight . Overall this is a nice shed, maybe a little overpriced, but I guess steel is a commodity these days so the price can vary. The shed did assemble without too much trouble, so I did not squawk too much about the shipping damage.

Couldn't believe the entire shed fit into that box, I was expecting a floor in shed as shown, but not included, wish they made a 8X10, 10 wide takes too much room, aside of that assembly wasn't that difficult, follow steps one at a time and got in completed in 5 hrs, thanks for having a Makita cordless screw gun.
I will replace this when i find a 8X10
so I was fine.

A little hard to assemble. Definitely takes the time they say. I believe it's 2 days. My wife and I put it together. A little common sense goes a long way. I do have one leak that I just cannot find, but for the most part, it works well. You will need a ladder, and your tallest friend to help, especially on the roof parts. I am 6' 5", so I was fine.
Read directions over and over again

Directions def need more work. Holes do not line up. Nails & screws are definitely too short
If work is done by husband and wife, make sure you have a lot, I mean a lot of patience to complete this shed.
The Company (Arrow) is extremely helpful, they even sent us extra plastic washers. Good Luck.
